I, a member of Transit Riders Union (TRU), hereby consent to receipt of electronic notification of regular and special meetings of the TRU at the electronic mail address shown below.

I understand that I may revoke such consent by delivering a revocation to the TRU in writing.

I understand that such consent will be considered revoked if the TRU is unable to electronically transmit two consecutive notices given by the TRU in accordance with this consent and this inability becomes known to the Recording Secretary of the TRU.

I understand that such notice is effective when it has been transmitted to the email address I submitted with my membership application, or when I have received notice of posting to the TRU’s web site.
